How do I arrange my free supply and installation quotation?
Our measure and quotation service is free for Supply & Installation customers. To request your appointment please either fill out a contact form or call us on 1300 44 64 44. We’ll ask a few questions to find out how we can help you, then book you in with a fixed appointment time. You’ll receive a confirmation and a reminder closer to the time, along with all the information required to get the most out of the appointment.
What is the lead-time?
The current lead time for supply and installation can be confirmed during your free in-home consultation and quote. When you are ready to place an order, we will arrange with you a convenient date for both check measure and installation. If you require your order by a particular date, please let us know. We are occasionally able to find spaces in our production schedule.
What are the choices in colour?
Your quotation will include any of the following 14 standard colours:

Does the quotation include flyscreens and keylocks?
Yes it does. All window quotes include flyscreens. For 52mm essential sliding windows we include a ventlock which allows you to lock the window open to allow ventilation securely. All other windows include keylocks with the exception of louvre windows where a keylock is an option. Flyscreens, security screens and other options are available on all of our windows and doors. Please ask us about specific requirements.
Do you include new timber architraves on the inside?
Yes. If you are going to stain them they are supplied in maple. If you are going to paint them they are supplied pine pre-coated. We do not paint or stain the architraves.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all new supply and installation products are covered by a seven year warranty for defects of workmanship (for example, a leak) and three years for moving parts (such as wheels and locks). This means that should a problem occur during the warranty period we will resolve it for you.
Do you clean up?
We remove and dispose of the old windows and doors. We also sweep or vacuum the floor. You may need to clean the windows or doors once the installation is complete.
Is there anything not included?
Render, and painting or staining the timber reveals and architraves.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have two showrooms. Our main showroom is at 15 Dale Street, Brookvale. We also have a smaller showroom at our factory location: 6/9 Kurrajong Road, St Marys. Either pay us a visit or call ahead on 1300 44 64 44 to discuss your quote in detail with a member of staff.
What are the payment methods?
Cheque, EFTPOS, Bank transfer, and cash.
When I am ready to go ahead with my order what are the next steps?

- Deposit: 10%
We require a 10% deposit to receive your order and get your job underway. Payments can be made by credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer.
- Check Measure
Your installer will contact you to organise a suitable day and time to come out to your site and accurately measure. At the check measure your installer will:
– Measure and confirm job details (configuration/colour/specifications)
– Book a mutually agreeable installation day and time.
– Fill in the project paperwork which details the description of work, payment structure and contract.
- Progress payment: 80%
Due after Check Measure for production and scheduling of installation
Your chosen products and custom made to the exact sizes required for the property in your desired configuration. All products are 100% Australian-made at BetaView’s privately owned factory in Sydney.
On the arranged date, your products are professionally fitted by an expert window installer.
- Final payment: 10%
Final payment is due on completion of the installation
